1 | What is Telehispanic?
Telehispanic is a telecomunications business born to satisfy the needs of hispanics who live abroad, mainly in the US.
2 | Where is THS based?
Telehispanic is a northamerican company with central offices in Miami. It is fully operated by Latin Americans, for Latin Americans.
3 | How do I receive calls with LineaHome?
Telehispanic will assign you a phone number from your country of origin or where your contacts and close ones are. Calls dialed to this number will be immediately forwarded to your phone in the US or the country you are currently living in. Your family and friends will only pay the cost of a local call, and you will only pay a fixed monthly fee for UNLIMITED CALLS.
4 | How do I make calls with LineaHome?
This service is available for sale through our Call Center. A certain amount of minutes of conversation will be available to you, for a fixed monthly fee. You only have to dial one of THS access numbers. If you are making the call from the phone associated to your LineaHome, dial the destination number directly. From any phone you will have to previously dial your PIN, which will be provided to you by THS. You will be talking immediately to the destination in the world you choose. We have another service called LineaHome Total, which allows you not only to receive but to make unlimited international calls, for a monthly fee. Contact our Call Center for more information.
5 | Do I need any additional equipment to use LineaHome?
No. You nor whoever is calling you will need anything other than your respective phones.
6 | Can anyone call me from any phone?
Yes, anyone can call you from a landline, a cellphone or public phone.
7 | Can I take calls on my cellphone?
You will only be able to asociate your LineaHome service to a mobile phone in the US, Canada and Puerto Rico.
8 | Is a PIN needed to make calls?
There are two options for making calls with LineaHome:
A. When incially setting up the service, you will have to register the phone number from which you intend to make PIN-less calls; if you dial an access number from that phone, you will only have to dial the international destination number.
B. If you are making the call from an unregistered phone, then you will have to eneter your PIN prior to the destination number.
9 | Can I purchase more minutes? How?

10 | Does the agreement signed as a THS customer have a minimun stipulated duration?
The End User Agreement is valid for a year, but it can be cancelled at your will without any penalties.
11 | Are there any rewards for recommending the service to a friend?

12 | What are the requirements to become a THS customer?
You need a home phone number and a credit or debit card (VISA, MASTER, AMEX or DISCOVER).
13 | Does it have aditional fees?
No, LineaHome has neither aditional instalation, reconection nor cancelation fees.
14 | What's the call quality like?
Comunication quality is just as a regular phone call.
15 | How long does the instalation take?
Instalation takes up to 48 hours following your subscription.
16 | What happens if I don't answer calls directed to my LineaHome?
If you have an automatic voicemail, it will work as usual. I you don't, the phone will ring until the caller decides to hang the call. Remember that, if needed, you can activate our Follow Me service for your call to be forwarded to wherever you are!
What is Telehispanic's Follow Me service and how does it work?
With Follow Me you can take your line with you wherever you are. You will have to select the phone numbers and schedule them so you can create your own forwarding schemes.
